Israeli border police officer kills Palestinian attacker

Quds city, Aug 15, SPA -- An Israeli border police officer on
Sunday shot and killed a Palestinian attacker who stabbed
him in the neck in Al-Quds' Old City, police and Israeli
media reported.
The attacker stabbed the officer in the neck, the city's
police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said. The officer shot and
killed the attacker, he added. Israeli media said the
attacker was a Palestinian.
The police officer was moderately wounded, police
spokeswoman Sigal Toledo said.
