Filipino Vice-President Noli De Castro received here on Wednesday Saudi ambassador to Philippines Mohammed Emin Wali. Wali conveyed to De Castro the congratulations of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, as well as all Saudi officials on the occasion of his election as the Filipino Vice-President. Wali reiterated the keenness of the Saudi Government on further cementing its relations with the Filipino Government. On his part, De Castro, noting that there are more than one million Filipinos working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirmed the keenness of his country on enhancing its relations with the Kingdom. 'We are ready to receive Saudi investors and businessmen and extend to them all required facilities and incentives', he said. De Castro pointed out that he is planning to visit soon the Middle East countries, notably the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
