The Two-day Grand Hajj Symposium under the title "The honor of time and place, in tranquility and safety" concluded its 43rd session yesterday under the patronage of the Minister of Hajj and Umrah who is also the Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Symposium Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten at Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel in Makkah, with the participation of a number of senior scholars, thinkers, intellectuals and writers of the Islamic world. The symposium concluded in its communiqué a number of recommendations such as the emphasis on its continuity due to its great significance for scholarship and knowledge, urging preachers in Hajj on importance of calling for peace and disseminating safety and principles of tolerance in Islam, expressing its support for all the measures and decisions taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all of its regulations based on the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah. The communiqué expressed the appreciation of the participants for the great efforts being exerted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince for achieving peace and unity of Muslims in the world.
