Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi has invited nations worldwide to participate in a humanitarian pledging conference focused on the reconstruction of Gaza, which Egypt will host in April. Speaking at the Extraordinary Arab Summit on Tuesday, Al-Sisi called on donor countries to contribute to a humanitarian fund designed to ensure a decent living standard for Palestinian families and children, comparable to other nations. The summit, held in Egypt's New Administrative Capital at the request of Palestine, is addressing the humanitarian disaster in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories following Israel's ongoing military aggression. Al-Sisi condemned the extensive civilian casualties in Gaza, describing them as a stain on humanity, characterized by hatred, dehumanization, and injustice. "Tens of thousands of Palestinian children have lost their lives, while countless orphans now look to the world to restore their hope, peace, and security," he stated. The Egyptian president emphasized that the war aimed to destroy all aspects of life in Gaza, forcing residents to choose between displacement and death.
