Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten, received at his office in Jeddah today the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Sardar Mohammad Yousuf. The meeting dealt with the strong and historical relations between the two countries, the issues related to the pilgrims of the Republic of Pakistan and the great efforts exerted by the Saudi government to take care of pilgrims and the new services launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah this year. For his part, the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Pakistan paid tribute to the efforts exerted by the Saudi government, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, to provide maximum comfort to pilgrims to enable them perform their rituals in peace and tranquility. Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Benten met also at his office in Jeddah today with the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to the Kingdom Benko Pedro Tang. The meeting dealt with friendly relations between the two countries and topics related to the affairs of pilgrims, and visitors from Equatorial Guinea. The Ambassador praised the great efforts and facilities provided by the Saudi government for pilgrims to perform their religious duties with ease and reassurance.
