Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh, Al-Youm and Okaz newspapers commented on the 29th Arab Summit called AlQuds Summit held in Dhahran yesterday, saying that the Saudi position towards the Palestinian cause has always been the same in terms of the restoration of full Palestinian rights for the Palestinian people, notably the establishment of an independent state with East AlQuds as its capital, citing The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as reiterating in his opening speech at the summit his rejection of the American administration's decision on Jerusalem (AlQuds) and confirmation that East Al-Quds is an integral part of the Palestinian land. The papers noted that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' speech on the challenges facing Arab countries under the title "Enhancing Arab national security to confront common challenges" confirms the Kingdom's pioneering roles in leading the Arab world, enhancing its development and maintaining its security and stability against blatant attempts to intervene in its internal affairs.
