Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Okaz newspapers commented on the State's budget to be announced today, pointing out that one of the most important tools of investment localization and financial organization of any country is entrenching the concept of transparency, consequently the annual government budget is one of those tools promoting transparency by disclosing figures for the budget of the previous year and expected figures for the next fiscal year. The newspapers noted that the budget for this year comes one year after launching the Kingdom's vision 2030 and starting works on two programs of National Transformation 2020 and Financial Balance 2020 so the level of transparency in it will be clearer, noting that government and private sectors will witness today a new phase of financial and administrative regulations governed by a high level of disclosure and transparency under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Defense, President of the Council of Economic Affairs and Development. Al-Yaum newspaper commented on the Palestinian cause, indicating that since the era of the founder of the Kingdom until the present glorious reign under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Kingdom has stressed the importance of settling the Palestinian cause with Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as its capital.
