Organization of Islamic Cooperation has strongly condemned the approval made by Israeli occupation government to build thousands of new settlement units in the occupied Palestinian territories including Al-Quds city, describing it as a flagrant violation of international resolutions, especially UN Security Council resolution No. 2334, confirming the international community's rejection and condemnation of these illegal actions being committed by Israel, demanding it to put an end to this matter. This condemnation came in remarks aired by the OIC Secretary General Dr. Yusuf Ahmed Al-Othaimeen.
