The Competition Council concluded the third training program in Jeddah on Monday. The program is one of the Council's initiatives to raise awareness of the competition system among enterprises. It was held under the title, "Establishment Procedures Compatibility with the Competition Regulation." The program was held throughout the whole day in the presence of a number of participants numbered more than 25 trainees, from marketing and sales management and legal departments, representing various private enterprises. They were briefed on the competitive regulation, and banned agreements and abuse of dominant position. The program also included the benefits of application compatibility and taking all measures and actions that enable enterprises to exercise their economic activities in line with the competition regulation.
