The Competition Council approved in its last meeting the request of the merger of International Creative Company for Industries with Delta Automotive Industry Limited Company, the main activity of the two companies is in ambulance industry. The Council also approved the request of the merger of Mask Holding Company with Asliyah Company for Investment, the Mask's activity is in participation in companies and the establishment, management and operation of agricultural, commercial, industrial and medical projects, while Asliyah Company works in the field of real estate management and development. The Competition Council pointed out in a press statement today that the Council's decisions were based on the preliminary studies carried out by it, in addition to the opinions received via the electronic service "their concentration concerns us" about those mergers and the impact of economic concentration on the market, noting that the Council finds no negative impact of these mergers on competition.
