A member of the World Scout Committee and Vice Chairman of Saudi Arabian Boy Scouts Association Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Fahad said that those responsible for organizing the 23rd World Scout Jamboree to be held in the city of Yamaguchi, Japan, during the period 12-23/10/1436 AH with the participation of more than 35,000 scouts have adopted implementation of the World Scout project areas of messengers of peace in the city of science in the village of development. Work will be carried out to raise awareness of global issues such as peace, environment, development, human rights and health among the participants in addition to the activities in the village which aim at deepening the understanding of the progress in science and technology and the benefits related to science and learning in the areas of development of fuel cells, other resources of energy in the future, environmental problems, robots and automotive technology. Al-Fahad said the project enjoys support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
