Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh on Friday discussed the latest developments in Gaza with his British counterpart Philip Hammond. In a telephone conversation, Judeh briefed the British officials on the efforts being exerted by Jordan at the UN Security Council to reach a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and bolster the current truce. Hammond, meanwhile, voiced support for the Jordanian efforts to reach a permanent ceasefire in Gaza as well as a peace agreement that would restore security and stability in the region, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
