Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh on Tuesday discussed with Middle East Quartet envoy Tony Blair, the dangerous escalation in the Gaza Strip and efforts to achieve a ceasefire between the Palestinians and Israel. Judeh and Blair stressed the importance of reaching an agreement that ends the ongoing bloodshed and violence as well as the need to implement the Egyptian Initiative. Judeh reiterated Jordan's stance which rejects the continued Israeli aggression on Gaza and the targeting of civilians, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
