Lithuanian president leads first round toward re-election

Lithuania's incumbent president Dalia Grybauskaite
was heading for re-election, based on preliminary results of the previous days' ballot, dpa cited election authorities as saying early Monday,.
The incumbent had a wide lead of 46 per cent of votes in the first
round, with the contender Zigmantas Balcytis in second place with 14
per cent.
