Eighth Islamic Conference of Ministers of Culture adopts executive plan for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques initiative for dialogue among followers of religions and cultures 2 Madinah

day conference which was hosted by the Madina-based University of Taiba approved the formation of the eighth session's office and appointed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to chair it and endorsed a number of reports by the ISESCO on the cultural strategy for the Islamic world and others submitted by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
The conference also approved the Islamic Declaration on Cultural Rights.
Saudi Arabia was chosen member of the Consultative Council assigned to implement the cultural strategy for the Islamic world. Also, members of the Islamic Heritage committee were selected.
Oman will host the next conference in November 2015.
