In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to launch a Saudi National Campaign to Support Brothers in Syria, and under the direct supervision of Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and General Supervisor of the Campaign; the first relief convoy dispatched by the Campaign arrived in Jordan today. "The relief convoy consists of 43 trucks loaded with various foodstuffs and in-kind materials. Coordination is made with the concerned authorities in Jordan to facilitate the convoy's entry," Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Fahd bin Abdulmohsen Al-Zaid said. Al-Zaid emphasized that dispatching this relief convoy comes in continuation of the humanitarian role played by the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards Muslims in times of crisis.
