DAMMAM — A young man was shot dead by another young man while waiting in his car in Dammam on Monday. Eastern Province Police spokesman Col. Ziyad Al-Raqiti said the victim was in his 20s, while the other man was 17 years old. According to the police, the man was shot at 9 p.m. Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital, but he died on the way. Police were able to arrest the shooter and seize the murder weapon.
