DAMMAM — A Saudi man in his 30s was shot in his head in a hit-and-run operation. Eastern Province Police spokesman Col. Ziyad Al-Reqaiti said a speeding mini bus crashed into the car the man was driving. He tried to escape but someone in the mini bus shot him in the head. The police were able to identify and arrest some of the people in the mini bus.
