HAFR AL-BATIN — A man shot his own brother to death after a fight broke out between the two. Eastern Province Police spokesman, Col. Ziyad Al-Raqiti, said the suspect, in his 30s, surrendered to the police and confessed to his crime. The victim was shot several times. The police arrested the suspect and forwarded his case to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution.
