The loser's defense collapsed in the final period as the winner bombarded it with 3-point shots. Birthday boy Zamora led the winner with 22 points and was adjudged the PEAK Sodas Sports Player of the Game. Batalon scored 22 points for the losing cause. In Thursday matches, Khalidia Tambayz of Ronnie Carino thrashed Avengers 109-91. Garcia led the winner with 36 points and also picked up the JBL Player of the Game honors. Geniza collected 25 points for the loser. Knights of coach Ernel Paner scored an 86-81 win over Tropang Bakhsh. Carino and Gonzales scored 19 and 18 points, respectively, but Gonzales was adjudged the PEAK Sodas Sports Player of the Game with his end game heroics. Encabo had 17 points for the loser. In the 40 & above category, Manila Hotdogs of Loue edged Gensoul 87-81 in overtime. Loue top scored with 27 points for the winner and was adjudged the JBL Player of the Game.
