JEDDAH — A scintillating unbeaten knock of 130 by Mohammad Ayazuddin Irfan powered Tamer to a big win over Arcoma Crown in the 5th week matches of Ace Travel Premier League sponsored by Ace Travel & Tours and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA).

Tamer beat Arcoma Crown by 67 runs. Tamer put on 231 for 3 in the allotted overs. Mohammad Ayazuddin Irfan once again led from the front with a knock of 130 off 61 balls. It was his second straight unbeaten century. He was ruthless and hit 15 sweetly timed fours and 7 sixes to all parts of the ground.

He was given good support by Amjad (54 - 6 fours and a six) and Urooj (20). Mujahid picked up 2 for 33. In reply, Arcoma Crown was bundled out for 164 with Kaleem (41), Pervaiz (37) and Malik (29) among the runs. Afroz with figures of 4-28 made batting difficult for Arcoma batsmen, while Rashid, Noor and Amjad claimed a wicket each.

ACE Travel beat Saudi Bitucorp by 114 runs. ACE Travel posted a massive score of 256 for 4. Mouzam scored a stylish 65 off 33 balls (10 fours, 2 sixes), while Amer Shahzad was unlucky to miss out on a century scoring 97 off 50 balls (10 fours, 4 sixes). Useful contributions came from Pervaiz (25 not out) and Amir (21). Karam Ali, Shakeel, Faisal and Waqas bagged a wicket each. Saudi Bitucorp, in reply, could manage only 142 with Faisal scoring 23, Waqas 26 and Humayun 30. Shahid and Rashid bowled well, taking 3-32 and 2-27, respectively.

Sindh-XI punished ARM by 144 runs. Sindh surprised everyone by skittling out the strong batting line of ARM for a paltry 52 runs. Shakeel mesmerized the batting lineup with an impressive spell of bowling, taking 6 for 17. Aijaz and Fahad, who took a wicket each, supported him. Earlier, Sindh posted 196 for 5. Mohsin Reza led the onslaught with a superb knock of 88 off 47 balls with 7 fours and 5 sixes, while Chand (34) and Munawwar (23 not out) chipped in with useful contributions. Atta Ur Rahman was the one to shine with the ball with figures of 2 for 39.
