13 expat street vendors arrested in Riyadh

RIYADH — The municipality here arrested 13 expatriate street vendors on Thursday. Head of Riyadh Municipality Ibrahim Al-Sultan said the municipality was running an inspection campaign when it arrested 13 street sellers and seized 16 vehicles and carts. He added the inspection campaign will continue throughout Ramadan and will not be restricted to vegetable markets.
