RIYADH — The police seized 3,600 cartons of fruits and vegetables, 14 carts of street sellers and nine scales while shutting down 26 unlicensed street markets. The municipality reported it has arrested a number of illegal expatriates for selling food on the streets without a license and also seized cooking utensils.
