RIYADH — The municipality arrested 60 expatriates for selling food on the streets without a license northeast of Riyadh. The vendors were caught selling rotten fish, meat and poultry. The municipality visited 139 different locations where street sellers usually gather. The municipality also shut down six abandoned buildings used as warehouses, seized seven vehicles, seized 63 food carts and 67 scales used to weigh food.
