RIYADH — The municipality shut down a street market held without licensing and arrested the organizers. The local authority said the organizers were expatriates allowing illegal residents to operate the market. The municipality arrested 12 illegal workers and shut down four nearby warehouses. The municipality also seized all goods being sold and four vehicles belonging to the sellers.
