RIYADH — The municipality arrested a group of expatriates for selling non-consumable cooking oil. Afif Municipality's Environmental Health Director Dr. Abdulali Al-Mutairi said the expatriates would gather used and cooked oil and rebottle it to sell it again. Their actions were “extremely harmful to the consumer,” he said, and the suspects are being forwarded to investigation authorities.
