DAMMAM – Police launched field campaigns in Al-Khobar to track down residency violators over the past two days and arrested 167 people. The campaign focused on certain neighborhoods where expatriates are known to gather. Those detained will be referred to investigation bodies for further action. The campaign also included inspections of shops with the cooperation of the municipality, and 10 traders were closed down over various environmental and hygiene violations. The shops will not allowed to open until they comply with rules and regulations.
