Drug smuggling attempt foiled

MADINAH — Customs officials at Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport foiled an attempt to smuggle 710 grams of cocaine into the country. Head of Customs at the airport Faisal Al-Dabbagh said officers grew suspicious of an arriving passenger and inspected him. They then found the cocaine hidden inside his clothes. Al-Dabbagh said the Customs Department aims to stay ahead when it comes to discovering new methods of drug smuggling.
