Customs officials at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz International Airport in Madina said they foiled Monday attempts by a passenger arriving on an international flight to smuggle into the Kingdom quantities of opium and heroin. The passenger was discovered to have hidden opium in a plastic container in the bottom of a bag, and upon further inspection officials found heroin inside tubes of toothpaste and the sole of shoes.
