RIYADH — The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 12th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2015 in Al Khobar, recently. The Embassy's program was held at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam. The Embassy Consular Team was composed of First Secretary and Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal (Team Leader), Saipoden Manalao, Edison Ipac, Arturo Arpia, and Emmanuel Galvez. Filipino community volunteers from Al Khobar, Dammam and Jubail ably assisted the Embassy team. The team was able to process 320 e-Passport applications, 19 passport extensions, 4 lost passport applications, 1 Travel Document, 6 Reports of Birth, and 84 notarials. The team was also able to release 214 new e-Passports As part of the Embassy's program to improve customer service, the team sought a client feedback survey from 400 clients, of which 352 or 88% responded. The next consular outreach mission will be on April 24-25, also in Al Khobar. — SG
