Labor courts to be established in 2016

RIYADH — Labor courts to settle all labor disputes will start operating from Oct. 2016, Minister of Labor Adel Fakeih announced. He said as a prelude to this step, all commissions and departments in his ministry specialized in settling labor disputes will be transferred to the Ministry of Justice. Fakeih made the statement while inaugurating on Wednesday a workshop on the records of the labor decision. Justice Minister Walid Al-Samaani attended the event.
