With regard to the post “Paying Saudis more than expats is almost apartheid” (Nov. 19), people forget that Saudi employers themselves prefer expats to Saudi workers. You see it everywhere. So until you see a change in attitude, you will not see a change in employment. Dilon, Online response If a Saudi worker can perform better than an expatriate, then he/she should be paid more. It won't help the country if a welfare system is created in the job market where underachieving is rewarded.
