This refers to the post "Pros and cons on giving Saudis higher pay scale" (Nov. 17). I agree that a national should get more than an expatriate. The authorities have to think of their own people before foreigners. But the huge difference between the minimum wage of expats and Saudi is not justifiable. The difference in salaries will effect not only the enthusiasm of the expatriates to work, but also the number of Saudis finding work since companies will prefer cheaper expatriates.
