Accident results in power interruptions

AL-MUZAHMIYYA, Riyadh — A car crashed into a high voltage power pole here on Monday, resulting in power interruptions in large areas of the governorate. A source in the power company said the accident took place on King Abdulaziz Road, and emergency maintenance teams were rushed to the site. The teams were able to resume power supply in two hours, he said. Traffic police are investigating the accident, but no injuries were reported.
