Accident cuts off power supply

SABYA — A road accident resulted in the electricity supply to a number of villages off the Sabya-Jazan Road being cut off. One the three cars involved in the accident swerved off the road and collided into an electricity pole. One of the car's occupants was killed and two others were injured. Police diverted traffic from the busy highway. Power supply to the area was restored after a maintenance team from the Saudi Electricity Company replaced the damaged pole.
