TAIF — Security patrols have detained 11 Bangladeshis for gambling and confiscated money in their possessions. Makkah Police spokesman Lt. Col. Aati Al-Qurashi said police had received reports that an underground room was being used for gambling. Police monitored the location on Television Street, verified the information and raided the room. The suspects had SR21,388 in their possession and were referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution (BIP).
