TABUK — Security patrols have detained a man who allegedly stole a car from Al-Wajh governorate. Tabuk Police spokesman Col. Faisal Al-Enezi said the suspect had replaced the car's license plates and was carrying a gun. He was referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution (BIP).
