Saudi Gazette report JEDDAH — Al-Mawarid International School-Jeddah scored 100 percent result in the All-India Senior Secondary Certificate (AISSC) Examinations for grade 12 conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in March-April this year. All 61 students who appeared in science and commerce streams passed the examination. In the science stream, Hanan bagged the first position with 90 percent while Muhsina scored 86.5 percent and came in second. Twelve students secured 12 first classes while in commerce, there were 27 first classes. The top position in commerce is shared by Abeer and Yusra with 87.5 percent while Majida Nasrin, scoring 86.5 percent, came second. School chairman Abdul Raheem Faisy, principal K.M. Abdul Samad, and girls' section head Mumthas Tarannum Akhtar congratulated the students, teachers and parents for this outstanding victory. The New Al-Wurood International School-Jeddah scored 94.6 percent pass rate in the examination. Ashana Kunnathody topped in the science stream with 90.6 percent while Thamanna Haya (82.4 percent) and Omer Mohammed (79.2 percent) bagged the second and third positions respectively. Principal K. Rahamathullah and girls' section head Sreedevi Menon congratulated the students, teachers, and parents on their laudable achievements. From Al Yasmin International School, Riyadh, Nafila K.P. grabbed the top slot with 83.2 percent followed by Febina P.V. who scored 80.2 percent.
