RIYADH – The students of Pakistan International School, English Section, Riyadh (PISJ-ESR) passed their Cambridge General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exams, held in Oct.-Nov. last year, with flying colors. Around 51 percent students Scored A* and A while 92 percent obtained As & Bs. PISJ-ESR has been enjoying the reputation of being one of the best educational institutions in the region for the last decade for continuously producing excellent results in O and A Level exams. Sara Suleman, Kinza Mahmood, Namrah Qureshi, Zainab Rauf, Razan Aziz Khan and Suhaib Aslam remained at the top by scoring two A*s and one A.
Osama Zahid Khan, Kumail Hussian, Aaqib Mannan, Omer Ahmed Sohail, Seema Nawal and Namrah Asad stood second by obtaining one A* and two A's. Ashfa Shabbir, Fatima Asad, Yamna Arif and Haider Ali Shahid were on the third position by obtaining three As. Muhammad Tanveer, the acting school principal PISJ-ESR, expressed his feelings of gratitude to Allah Almighty for this achievement and congratulated the staff, students and their parents for their collective efforts and contribution to bring the school to this standard. “Struggle for continuous improvement is a key not only to maintain this position but also to acquire further achievements in future,” Tanveer said, wishing best of luck and success to the graduating students for their future endeavors.
