BISHA — A vehicle carrying a family of 12 collided with a heavy machinery vehicle on Al-Jubah-Al-Thunayah Road. Three of the family members were killed and the remaining nine sustained various injuries. Al-Jubah police and Civil Defense rescue personnel attended the scene, and a number of volunteers transported the injured to hospital. In another accident in Jazan region, a man and his companion were killed when their car ran into an electric pole on Al-Tuwal-Samtah Road. The force of the collision wrecked the car and littered the road with flying bits from the vehicle. In a similar accident on Khabt Al-Hajari Road, a man was killed and three others injured when their car collided with an electric pole. The accident resulted in a blackout in the neighborhood.
