Truck with frozen chicken crashes

A truck carrying 1027 cartons of frozen chicken fell off Al-Haddar mountain road in Ballasmar north of Abha city when its driver lost control of his vehicle and it veered off the road and hit the concrete barriers on the roadside.
A man and his wife died when their car collided with another car at Al-Faj intersection. Three others were injured in the collision. Two people suffered moderate injuries on Tuesday morning on Al-Sayl Road in Taif as a result of a collision between two cars.
Speeding accident caused injuries to two people on Turabah Road. Red Crescent ambulances rushed the two to the health center in Qiya Balharith.
A car collided against a street lamppost on Salwa-Al Ahsa Road and the driver was trapped in the twisted car wreck. Civil Defense rescue teams managed to free the driver from entrapment in four minutes but he died of his wounds later on.
Three youths suffered moderate injuries in a collision after their car veered off due to speeding.
Two young men sustained injuries and one of them is in a serious condition as a result of their pick-up truck overturning on Al-Hadaiq Road near the Mental Health Hospital in Taif.
The two young men in their thirties were driving on Al-Hadaiq Road but were surprised by one of their friends blocking the road. The pickup carrying them veered off the road, and overturned.
A Yemeni truck driver managed to escape unhurt when his vehicle caught fire on Bisha-Sabt Al-Alaya Road after the vehicle's back tires overheated and exploded. Tabalah Civil Defense firefighters extinguished the fire.
A fire gutted a Kuwaiti national's car on Al-Ahsa-Riyadh Road. Civil Defense teams from Khurais put out the inferno. The fire was caused by a short circuit said Capt. Ali Bin Mubarak Al-Qahtani, spokesperson for the Eastern Province Police.
Four people from the same family were seriously injured in a traffic accident on Mahayil-Khamis Al-Bahr Road. The family was trapped in the car wreck and had to be removed with the help of the Civil Defense rescue teams. They were transported to a nearby hospital by the Red Crescent. – Okaz
