TABARJAL — A man died and his companion injured when their car collided with a truck on Bakhshah Road near Mahliyah in Jazan. Traffic police and the Red Crescent attended the scene and transferred the body and the injured to hospital. Meanwhile, a car overturned on Labnah Samooda Road, east of Rafha, causing the death of the driver and injuring his wife and two children. Spokesman for North Borders Police Bandar Bin Attallah said the accident was caused by the carelessness of the driver. In another accident, a young man died when his car overturned in Al-Majardah due to a burst tire. Another driver died when his vehicle collided with an electricity pole on Al-Fayadh Road, west of Sakaka. He was believed to have been speeding. — Okaz/Saudi Gazette
