Ibrahim Alawi Okaz/Saudi Gazette JEDDAH —A Pakistani man arrested in connection with the murder of a compatriot is believed to have snapped after the victim constantly disturbed his sleep, Jeddah police said. The suspect was arrested on Monday after he fled from the scene of crime, which happened two days earlier. Police officers had been hunting the suspect who was constantly on the move until he was located in the Al-Jawhara neighborhood. Jeddah police spokesman Brig. Misfer Al-Juaid said the suspect would be transferred to prosecution authorities. He said the suspect told investigators that he killed the victim after they had an argument that had gotten out of hand. The suspect said the victim used to disturb his sleep frequently and a dispute over this led to him losing control, the spokesman added.
