Blackmailer arrested for harassing woman

QANFUDA — The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) arrested a man who was trying to blackmail a woman by threatening to expose her pictures on the Internet. The Hai'a officials, approached by the woman, setup a trap for the blackmailer. After which, he was arrested and handed over to the police for further investigation.
