A reward of SR2 million is being offered for information leading to the location or arrest of a prisoner who has escaped from the General Prison in Abha. According to authorities, Ali Bin Muhammad Aal Naseem Al-Qahtani, 25, was detained for murder. He escaped through an open window several days ago. Jam'an Abu Habshah, spokesman of prisons in Asir region, said the authorities have intensified their efforts to arrest Al-Qahtani and bring him back to the General Prison in Abha. A committee from the Interior Ministry is working with officials at the Abha prison to determine the circumstances and the method of the prisoner's escape. __
