BCT-JBS Pro Shop going great
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 18 - 06 - 2016

JEDDAH — An all-600 and up marks once again featured the Team-of-the-Week honor-winning output of BCT-JBS Pro Shop team with captain Emil Payongayong skippering with 712 that underscored their blanking of Sagmit Dental Clinic on a 3,966-3,593 high-scoring settlement at the end of the 24th week of the FEDBG-FMBL 17th meet at Bowling City here.
Payongayong led teammates with games of 234, 265 and 213 to elicit backups from Eloisa Fernandez, Romel Agbayani, Rommel Cagampang, Jimmy Aragones and Edward Botardo who planked superbly with 670, 657, 649, 646 and 632 to complete the BCT-JBS total conquer of SDC on sets of 1,309-1,216, 1,393-1,209 and 1,254-1,168. Ding dela Rosa tried flaring up teammates with his 742 Bowler-of-the-Week honor-winning totals but beyond average output of teammates was not able to cover the blind score that was horribly pushing down SDC since playing under-staffed. BCT-JBS sustained the league-leadership for two weeks with computed point-accumulations of 859 with Cool Guys right behind with 848 points including the 22-0 downing of Four Season.
Pin Slasher shared the limelight with BCT-JBS when it likewise scored 22-0 against Marinduqueños and re-entered cut-off on computed points of 768 behind Ekis-8 (776.5) that moved it to third place after humbling Miah's Pride at 19-3. Leading Pin Slaher's board was Natty Caringal with 668 with May Lourdes and Roger Daquioag greatly planking with 629 and 618. TC Dariel Loquias, Andy Yumena and and James Galvan combined for 1,697. James Paulme tried igniting teammates with 622, while TC James Monteleyola and Ronald Junsay supported with 540 and 560.
The Cool Guys' campaign against Four Season was a composure re-gainer as they had suffered a setback by Ekis last week on similar lopsided match. Hauling most for Cool Guys was Nezar Alhamwi who led Cool Guys' board with 683. Such offensive show tended TC Jun de Dios to push with 660 as Randy Mata, Lourdes Punzalan, Michelle Mata and Rene Punsalan tallied 2,375. Richard Antonio, Marie Gumpal and Archie Santos defended the Rene Ocampo-captained Four Season with 651, 625 and 622.
Other matches this week showed that Casadores humbled Global Intergold 18-4, Liquidators outpointed Trojans 14-8 and Lane Axis blanked FB Rhinos. Lady Bowler of the Week honor was won by Imelda Sayago with her 698 defense of FB Rhinos. Sayago walled her team with games of 252, 241 and 205.
