The Arab World present condition represents a negative communication since no less than fifty years through deceptive slogans and ideas that lead, in addition to the deceptive manifestations, to hard and painful results. It is not logic that such present reality is going to obtain capabilities that may lead it towards unity between its members or most of them for reaching the stage of an Arab World capable of imposing the perspectives of development as this chance is not possible. Most of Arab World members have been lacking the abilities of returning to the positive aspects that unit everyone, not through the slogans the way it used to be earlier but rather through a reality that solves the disability of the present reality. Our Arab World is not witnessing a case of stoppage which needs joining the capabilities together for reaching the stage of approximation achievements only as this is an unlikely reality. The case is even worse because the Arab World has lost its power perspectives together with the means that can transport it to the better reality that has always been a dream for decades but with no logic results. Who wants to reach a stage of new reality for the Arab World? Who wants to be sure that the capability of reaching such end is available? There must be an awareness that understands well the facts of this fierce reality. Is it logic to hear the justifications for the mass killing incidents occurring in Syria and some other (Arab) countries but to witness that there are considered as a state crime? It is painful to hear the news of the powers supporting The Syrian regime which are justifying or even ignoring the dirty mass and various sudden murders witnessed by the Syrian cities and villages. It is regretful that, through the East of the Arab World until its far West, we cannot say that it is easy to suggest a gathering attempt for any number of countries that can prove, at least, the possibility of improvement. All over the World, there are daily news about arts, cultures, economy, tourism, industry and commerce. It is only in the Arab World where the permanent daily news are currently about the killing practices in many locations. The Convergence between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt is clear, rational and objective. It is easy for the gulf existence to reproduce itself for arriving to a stage of capable advancement membership by the party which has an awareness that realizes the modern time facts and is convinced about the need for heading towards Arab common effort. Even if the minority cooperates in this regard through their limited numbers; it shall declare the birth of capable and objective trend for reaching a model Arab reality capable of opening better prospects towards a better international reality. Regardless of how limited the number may be, the considerable awareness and the various capabilities shall make the better and more advanced Arab future, especially through the historical evidences and the biography of our historical man King Abdulla in regard to the competent achievement that transported the Kingdom towards factual economic and social superiority about which the major Western countries appreciate the efforts and results of king Abdulla that imposed the respect of every one.
