Through many evidences; it looks that the Arab World is heading towards the bottom. Unfortunately, no awareness initiatives that can set all incidents of segmentation and numerous civil wars aside in this world have been established. Let's consider the Situation in Libya, for example. Is it reasonable that the Libyan community is still witnessing conflicts after the fall of Gaddafi's regime? This is happening in the time during which everyone knows that it is impossible for a man of crazy actions and aspects to govern any country for around forty years except for the case of the Arab World? We know how the authority had been brought down in Iraq where the issue had not stopped after excluding Saddam Hussein from authority as the American existence stayed there until it had become clear that Iraq has become a conflicts spot where it is normal every twenty days or month to hear news about the death or assault of twenty or even more than a hundred Iraqi citizens. The Syrian condition is wondrous & strange at the same time. In Egypt, the establishment of a leadership that preserves the positive aspects of Egypt was supposed to happen few months, rather than few years, after bringing Mubarak down from power as the possibility of a new conflict between the "Muslim Brothers" & other categories was not expected then. If we believe that G. C. C. countries should be totally away from the conditions of the Arab World, especially the entrances that lead to various conflicts, where the G. C. C. presence should be very far away from such conflicts; we should realize that the closest community to Gulf Cooperation council is the Egyptian community and the closest country to it is Egypt. This closure is due to Egypt's efficient capabilities rather than the negative aspects of its present reality. If a coherent cooperation is established between Egypt & G. C. C, countries; there can be, then, an Arab presence which is away from the negative aspects of the other Arab spots. Among this tumultuous agitation, the mean American movie crisis which portrays the life of Messenger Muhammad, God's blessing & peace be upon him, has occurred. Such incident shall not promise a positive Arab cooperation as much as it is going to expand the justifications of intervention that achieve the dimensions of the public western intentions in this troubled area. We know that the Arab Islamic culture had never abused (the reputation of) any messenger during the last 1400 years as this is even a forbidden taboo in Islam. More than a hundred years ago, exploiting the religious compete was a mean used by the Western colonial countries for dividing the Arab World to colonies that contained many Arab countries. It was King Abdul Aziz, God's mercy be upon him, only who managed to establish the first Arab Muslim country which has been away from colonialism and interventions of the Western influence. In regard to the bad movie mentioned previously, When the United States says that it does not accept it and, at the same time, has never allowed its existence; we know that freedom does have limits. Accordingly, there should have been severe and declared penalties in regard to it. Such penalties are not supposed to be a sort of compliment to the Arabs but an objection against an immoral defect or disorder. This movie offences nations that endured a lot of painful abuses and various interventions since many Arab countries have been transformed to colonies by countries of the European West, in addition to the abuses of this era in which the United States imposed an Israeli existence and provided it with survival immunity and aggressive influence.
