Where is the human who created the capabilities of his country? Where is the Human who was creative in benefitting from such capabilities found before his era or after it in other people's countries? I am doubtful that the Arab human might have done something from this. At the time of my childhood; we used to look at the reality of clearly advanced Arab societies in regard to civilization, art & economy and we couldn't know at that time how can we follow or even exceed them. We used to glance at the European human who led his society, long years ago and many generations before ours, towards a refined civilization reality, after getting rid of the amazing myths and the narcissism of political or religious leaderships that exaggerated in describing their characteristics and abilities and after securing his society by the scientific facts that led them towards being at the top position in the world. Bedouinism and religious doctrine limitations in the Arab world, at that time, had no idea about such positive aspects which had been occurring there. Reaching to the European positive aspects found in the European big countries like Germany and Britain and the northern small ones, which are living an imaginary good life, in addition to Canada which has got the same features, is not easy at all if we put into consideration the nature of the present Arab condition. The subject is not about the European and his distinction aspects but about the Arab and his retardation aspects. At the time of my generation's childhood; we used to witness proofs of development that we feared, due to our bedouinism and limited religious doctrine, their being not able to reach the development levels of other Arabs. How is the reality now? The Arab world lost a lot of its advancement initiations and retreated due to its effort for finding justifications for its internal conflicts rather than the non-objective ones related to the conflicts of its borders by which it was busy earlier. The reality is that the two cases represent constraining dams that drove it far away from the temptations of the previously mentioned Western positive aspects. It is an issue of building of scientific and civilization development capabilities that have no relation with the religions. Where are we in regard to all of this? It is true that the historical man Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz has put the capabilities of civilization, scientific and economic initiatives in front of us, but did we as citizens provide the united track in such initiatives or are we in front of a society of various visions, concerns and concepts? We get to know that a thief did what he did because he was under the influence of magic and that another one did the same thing due to that a group of devils affected him. What's after that? These people represent a minority that cannot affect the whole society. How do these people who claim being pious write? Does the religion allow a man who is claiming being a clergyman to accuse others with strange criminal charges? Who are more important than these two categories are the ones who use the Internet excessively as if they have not gained mental benefit from the bad conditions of the Arab World, the reasons behind its being in its present stage and the clarity of its societies' development initiatives? We should develop our awareness and understand the fact which states that unless we dedicate our efforts and provide public social recruitment; we shall not benefit from the many distinctions we are heading towards while our Arab World is still away from.
