In last Wednesday's article, I discussed the types of media and presented examples of its categories and samples of its influence in regard to the Kingdom. In this article, we shall discuss the reality of Arab media in general. In the past, we did not use to consider that the journalists who write "hot" ideas or discuss certain issues enthusiastically have exceeded the limits or committed mistakes. I may even be able to say that the closest category to fame is the one which occupy an advanced position in "hostilities" activity. At some times, this trend may be a case of loyalty for a political dispute party or anger from another (political) category. At that time, What might have led someone's voice and ideas towards being lost was the wide spread of such conditions used to make it difficult provide a quite man who's got a wise opinion with a role. A good number of media men achieved media fame due to such vision. In fact, it had not been easy at that time to charge someone with Prejudice, ignorance or gaining from the disputes as there had been justifications of good influence on the citizens. The most important of those justifications were the new disposal of the colonial domination, the hot borders effects with conflicts professionals & the subjective or unrealistic comparisons with the advanced conditions that have been prevailing since a century or more in the West or even more than a century and a half of comparisons with the troubles of the Arab World which has been just entering into the modern civilization and acquiring its science, in addition to the birth of the new economies. What has been mentioned was not restricted to the media of certain Arab country, three or even seven of them as it had been a public reality in the Arab World. Our present time is different now if compared with the previous one. Our time requires our efforts for creating an objective media where it shall not be strange to find that a journalist's awareness is better than the awareness of a minister who may leave his place due to his limited capabilities. Have Arabs created the levels of this distinction? Have the objectivity which is able to put media in the leading front been provided or made available? This did not happen. However, all what have been mentioned do not mean the presence of a comprehensive defect or failure due to that it means the existence of error aspects multiple cases. There are some intellectuals of high level of culture who are committed by objective attitudes but there are, alas, conflicts creation professionals and multi-loyalties people, as well. Let's put aside the type of customers who sell the journalistic attitudes London where there are some tenants who sell their loyalty. Let's overcome some subjective opinions or views which, to our surprise, are doubled many times in the Internet. Let's leave all of this and look for establishing that journalistic unions or associations in the Arab World should impose an objective supervision that stops the multiple unconscious or unfair interventions which claims the existence of unavailable freedom. In the countries of immature awareness; freedom needs a media which is able to respect the results of any freedom, as long as it is objective and not a means for expanding the space of fragmentation or disruption.
